Behavior Therapists (BT/RBT)

Time 2 Grow ABA is looking for natural educators who have a passion for working with toddlers and young children. The Behavior Therapist position allows early childhood educators to use their passion and creativity while working one-on-one with toddlers and their families. Feel inspired at work while also making a difference!

About The Team

Time 2 Grow ABA is committed to compassionate and creative play based early intervention. Our Early Intervention BT/RBTs implement intensive behavior-based teaching programs for young children with developmental delays. BT/RBTs collaborate with professionals and parents to support children in their natural environments - their homes and preschools. Time 2 Grow ABA staff are active while keeping up with the pace of young children and they implement instruction in a playful and child friendly manner. A love of puzzles, picture books, toy cars, and stickers is a must!!

Entry Level Requirements

  • Professional teaching experience with young children
  • Drivers License with reliable transportation
  • Pass Background check
  • Covid Vaccinated

Professional Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 direct instruction with young clients in the home and preschool
  • Implement Behavior Analytic techniques to support a child's development
  • Work professionally with supervisors and family members
  • Follow individualized client programs
  • Enter data and clinical notes for each session
  • Communicate effectively with Clinical Managers
  • Maintain a playful demeanor with young clients
  • Commit to a regular schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
