Summary:
Responsible for multiple locations for one large customer or multiple customer accounts. It includes the management and improvement of services provided to the customers, as well as the development and implementation of customer performance measurements. May assist with business development initiatives and new locations and startups.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and/or solve operational issues with the accounts by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives, to strengthen team unity, goals, productivity and results.
- Manage one or more customer accounts to meet established metrics and performance expectations. Manage the customer relationship and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Manage the profit and loss statements for assigned account and implement actions as needed.
Required:
- 5 years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports required
- Managing large multi-level teams preferred
- Profit & Loss responsibility preferred
- Automotive manufacturing experience is required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
