As the Client Services Representative you will be supporting sales and part of the C.S. Team. You will support the day to day operations of the welcome team side and manage excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Compile and update necessary documents and contracts
· Obtain and process all client information and transactions
· Create new accounts and maintain client portfolios
· Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communications.
· Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
· Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
· Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
· Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
· Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
· Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
· Maintain client focused working environment for team.
· Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills
· Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualififcation Requriements:
· Proven experience in relevant role
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Proficiency in relevant computer applications
· Customer Service experience
· Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
