What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise Solutions Engineering team (internal employees and globally distributed partners) to implement standard processes and sound design principles.
• Communicate with technical and business stakeholders to define business requirements related to implementation and integration projects.
• Navigate sophisticated client data ecosystems and build effective ETL solutions between client and Tinuiti data environments
• Create and implement development processes, documentation and governance. Use appropriate DevOps/CICD or agile methodologies to iterate efficiently through projects or feature builds.
• Scope out projects, collaborating with client and business development teams to provide cost and effort estimates.
• Monitor and lead successful projects from conceptualization through to completion. Answer technical questions from various engineering teams related to the solution design.
• Determine platform requirements and usage, related to managed projects
• Establish an ongoing engagement model with relevant partners to stay up to date on partner product strategy and roadmap

Stay informed on the marketing and advertising industry trends and latest technologies around 1st party data on-boarding, identity resolution, measurement and customer data

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in a technical, client facing role, 2 years directly managing employees
• 1 years experience leading external technical partnerships
• Consistent record of architecting and delivering against project commitments and successful execution, demonstrating ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
• Expert in using cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Salesforce, Snowflake)
• Experience architecting and implementing modern data integration and orchestration using APIs
• Advanced Experience with Python and SQL for ETL and application development
• Understanding of docker containers and images
• Experience with Oauth and other credential API processes
• Knowledge of the advertising and marketing landscape is a must
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with multiple partners
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
