What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Manager, CRM & Email position at Tinuiti - 2?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Manager, CRM & Email with management and client-facing experience to join our growing team. As a Senior Manager, you will manage a team of Coordinators and Specialists, responsible for their career development and mentorship. Additionally, you service clients as a Strategist leading accounts or as a Sr. Specialist managing enterprise level accounts.

Essential Functions

  • Coach and mentor direct reports to develop their skills as it relates to account management, communication, client services, and email strategy. 
  • Support Directors on key process and procedure implementation.
  • Ensure deliverables for your clients and Directors are completed on-time.
  • Proactively look for opportunities for team success/growth. Effectively analyze issues and work to formulate actionable solutions based on findings with minimal direction.
  • Communicate team struggles and recommended solutions while also effectively sharing team goals when meeting with Directors. 
  • Work with Strategists to ensure accuracy, education, and growth is occurring for your team. Effectively communicate with other divisions, as needed.
  • Research, maintain, and implement an understanding of industry best practices/trends while educating team members.
  • Clearly discuss areas of improvement/assign responsibility for tasks, set clear objectives, and provide how success will be measured. Effectively monitor processes, progress, results, and provide timely feedback.
  • Ensure core best practices are being implemented by your team during audits, on-boarding, and with ongoing engagements.
  • Plan and lead monthly meet-ups, campfires, fireside chats, and one-off training sessions with other Sr. Managers.
  • Lead Strategist on 1 to 2 clients or lead Sr. Specialist managing 1 to 2 enterprise-level accounts. 
  • Responsible for completing your team’s client variable logs monthly to communicate billing for the CRM & Email division.

Requirements: 

  • 3 years email marketing experience, worked at Tinuiti 1 years.
  • Extensive experience with 3 ESPs.
  • 2 years of agency experience.
  • 1 year managing others, such as Coordinators/Specialists, etc.
  • Successfully lead clients in Strategist role for 1 years or has been a Sr. Specialist for 2 years.
  • 2 years in a heavy project management role such as Sr. Specialist.
