What you'll be doing:
- The Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager will partner with the Sr. Manager, D & I, to further develop a culture of inclusion and belonging. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion principles, practices and processes are embedded across the talent life cycle and work environment.
- Working closely with the Sr. Manager D & I, the Diversity Specialist assists with the development, implementation, and review of programs that promote diversity within Tinuiti and foster an open and inclusive professional environment
- Participates in the planning and execution of inclusion and belonging programs, including workshops, trainings, and external speakers
- Conducts research on DEI topics as needed, brings in relevant trends and ideas consistently
- Compiles statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of DEI initiatives
- Prepares communication materials bringing visibility to DEI initiatives across the org
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to review, analyze and report on DEI data and present it in a manner that is understood by diverse stakeholders, including Tinuiti business leadership teams
- Partner and lead various employee facing DEI focused programs like TinuitiCares, T-UP leading end to end program management
- Enhance and elevate the work of our Employee Resource Groups and be a DEI consultant to the ERG Leads
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned
