What you’ll be doing: Demonstrate deep understanding of your book of business as it related to paid social strategy, leading innovative media plans and roadmap development. Foster strong client relationships through excellent communication and providing valuable insights. Excel in coaching and retaining team members, developing their tactical and account management skills. Take an active role in leading and contributing to internal leadership projects and initiatives. Support team leadership to champion key process implementation. Proactively keep ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices and new opportunities with the team. Overall Client Management Retain and grow client revenue to achieve company and team KPIs. Proactively bring new ideas and innovative solutions to client relationships, attending weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings. Ensure account processes are upheld and identify areas for improvement. Pursue opportunities to work cross-functionally and integrate social with broader planning efforts. Overal Team Management Develop and mentor direct reports during weekly 1:1s, providing regular feedback and coaching. Act as an escalation point to resolve team and account issues. Assist in the development and documentation of best practices for campaign management. We also offer incentive pay. Due to an ongoing transition in our incentive pay programs this role will be initially eligible for a (prorated) annual discretionary performance with an annual target of (10%), and will then transition to our new RevShare program in Q2 2024 comprising a monthly variable commission opportunity and discretionary annual bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
