We are a family owned and operated childcare facility providing a loving, nurturing environment for children to learn, play and grow.
Train for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Provide a safe program by ensuring school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
- Build relationships and trust with parents by ensuring their child is in a warm and safe learning environment.
- Ensure center is running at full capacity by responding to all inquiries, while conducting tours for potential families and ensuring all families receive follow up communication
- Conduct screenings, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding for all new staff members.
- Organize school tours for potential families, ensuring all families receive follow up communication.
- Oversee curriculum to make sure that all lesson plans are developmentally appropriate and process oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
