Now Hiring a 1st shift Shipping Clerk

6:00 am- 3:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure food safety, quality, and legality
• Run daily inventory reports
• Manage outside storage receipts and shipments
• Release orders shipping
• Routing and scheduling pick-up appointments
• Daily COA request for shipments requiring COAs
• Completion of bill of ladings
• Data entry for weights and inventory
• Coordinate with trucking companies and drivers
• Completion of Export documents

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to sit, talk, and hear; occasionally required to walk; occasionally required to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust vision focus; work is performed in an office setting with moderate noise level in the working environment
