Titan's Affordable Housing division is seeking an experienced Full-time Maintenance Technician for a residential apartment community in Rochester MN. This position performs a wide range of maintenance tasks including non-technical and technical repairs of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties to include but not limited to:
- Monitors, maintains, and performs basic repairs to building electrical systems
- Monitors performance of HVAC systems
- Monitors and performs basic maintenance of plumbing systems
- Performs carpentry maintenance tasks including sheetrock/drywall installation and repair, window replacement, cabinet and countertop replacement, painting and texturing, and door and hardware installation; paints interior and exterior finishes, as appropriate
- May perform general maintenance, custodial, and trash removal tasks
- Performs snow removal, lawn care, & grounds maintenance as needed
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills

Ideal Candidates will have:
- Graduation from a BUM program preferred and at least 3 years in a similar setting
- Valid drivers license and limited moving violations
- MN Boilers License preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC repairs
- Ability to repair and maintain appliances and heating and cooling equipment with assistance from licensed professionals
- Troubleshooting skills to determine service needs beyond skill set
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
- Knowledge of one or more building trades
- Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade
- Ability to work with minimum instruction and supervision
- Experience performing maintenance in an apartment building environment.
