What’s the gig?
We are searching for an enthusiastic Account Executive that always puts the customer first. We have a process and a product that work -- we just need the right people on the team.
Things you’ll do:
- Onboard new clients, align them on product use and strategy, and help them build momentum.
- Manage monthly client renewals. Basically, you’ll help ensure that clients are achieving the goals they were looking to achieve with our product and that they keep coming back for more.
- Give the team feedback on ways to improve the client experience.
- Be the main point of contact for our most important clients across a number of channels including 1-on-1 meetings, email, phone call, and through our company website.
- Help grow and mentor new members of the sales team.
- Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales objectives.

- 2 years of professional sales experience, ideally in the SaaS world.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – you thrive at building relationships and gaining client trust.
- CRM familiarity with ability to analyze the current state of the system.
- Proactive communication and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- High attention to detail, systems, and process quality.
Bonus if you have:
- Assisted in the growth of a driven sales team.
- Experience with high-ticket sales.
