**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer who specializes in small group and/or bootcamp style training to join our team. As a Fitness Trainer, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through customized exercise programs and lifestyle recommendations.
**Duties:**
- Develop workouts for small groups tailored to individual clients' needs and abilities
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively
- Motivate and support clients to stay committed to their fitness routines
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition, hydration, and overall wellness practices
**Skills:**
- Strong anatomy knowledge to understand the body's structure and function
- Sales skills to promote and attract new clients
- Proficiency in body mechanics to prevent injuries during exercise sessions
- Experience in group fitness training for leading group workout sessions
- Background in physical education or related field for comprehensive fitness instruction
- Familiarity with gym equipment and facilities for effective training sessions
- Ability to design individualized fitness programs based on client goals and capabilities
- Expertise in personal training techniques for one-on-one coaching sessions
- Understanding of physiology principles to optimize workout effectiveness
- Experience working in health clubs or fitness centers

Pay: $23.87 - $26.74 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
