Position Summary
Our Permit Runner role is an important role within the Project pipeline process. You will be responsible for submitting applications for permits via an online portal and/or traveling to the City/County Building Departments. Strong attention to detail is crucial in submitting accurate paperwork on behalf of Titanium Solar. You will not be limited to driving and picking up finalized permits and submitting finalized paperwork to the City/County online portals. This potential individual will be eligible for paid training, drive time, and mileage. Come grow with us !

Preferred Qualifications:
- Permitting experience preferred: 1 year experience
- Previous solar industry experience and/or knowledge is a huge plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, prepare, submit, and receive permit packages under jurisdictional requirements
- Coordinate payment and reimbursement of permit fees according to company guidelines
- Work with internal teams and jurisdictional employees to understand and resolve any jurisdictional comments
- Be an advocate for Titanium Solar and work with local jurisdictions to streamline permit processes
- Understand local AHJ requirements as it relates to the permit process and
- update the AHJ database permitting requirements as needed.
- Schedule appointments to meet customers and obtain customer signatures, final paperwork sign-off, and payment collection.
- Organize all completed paperwork, and process payments in a compliant, secure manner, if assigned
- Prepare project documentation for construction teams
- Utilize software systems to record the progress of various task
- Additional duties assigned as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
