We are looking for an entry-level HR Assistant to perform a variety of tasks including administrative work, onboarding, and recruiting. Duties include providing support to our recruiters and assisting with daily office needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with onboarding, recruiting, and administrative work
- Provide general support to recruiters
- Learn company CRM
- Help recruiters with company devices
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:
- Preferred experience as an HR assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask'
Experience:
- Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
