Tailor Made Compounding is looking for an Account Manager for our growing team! This position will report directly to the Director of Account Management and is responsible for managing and improving client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth. An Account Manager at Tailor Made must take a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to expand our offerings. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in sales and client management, excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships. All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and continued support for existing clients; collaborate on all strategic sales initiatives to support business growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understand their business objectives and ensure our services align with their needs to develop and maintain long lasting relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base, while also effectively identifying and communicating new solutions and offerings
- Maintain a high level of satisfaction among key accounts by proactively addressing client concerns and challenges; develop, communicate and implement strategies to retain key accounts
- Analyze industry data and trends to identify opportunities and collaborate with the sales team in developing targeted sales initiatives that drive growth and meet customer needs
- Stay connected with cross-functional departments, including product development, marketing and customer support and be prepared to communicate ideas and solutions for delivering exceptional service
- Maintain a pulse on all industry trends, market conditions and competitive insights to communicate with leadership on opportunities for differentiation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales or a related role
- Strong communication skills, to include both written and verbal, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30 (Hours vary depending on business needs.)
