Advertising Solutions is T-Mobile’s fast-growing advertising technology business. It leverages high-quality mobile data from the T-Mobile network that enables advertisers to build audience segments based on app ownership and usage insights. T-Mobile is bringing innovative solutions to the advertising space, making more channels and better data accessible to advertisers of all kinds. The T-Ads Sales Planning team works across many facets of our internal organization to develop and implement process and systems as well as craft proposals in response to client requests. The Sales Planning Manager uses their skills to support business goals and ensure that proposals of all sizes meet clients needs using strategic solutions. They are also tasked with maintaining system updates and supporting senior team members so they can learn the intricacies of our products, brand, and advertising services.

Sales Planning works across many facets of our internal teams to develop and implement process and systems and craft proposals in response to client requests. The Sales Enablement Manager uses their skills to support business goals and ensure that proposals of all sizes meet clients needs. They are also tasked with maintaining system updates and supporting senior team members so they can learn the intricacies of our products, brand, and advertising services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team to build recommendations for large agencies and advertisers and account for appropriate tracking and modify advertising plans and campaigns to optimize and address client needs
  • Functions as key project decision maker and a SME to address questions regarding product functionality, processes, and systems
  • Projects to support best practices across team around offerings, outreach, and systems
  • Highlight where consistent questions are occurring to update FAQs/trainings etc. and identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures
  • Inventory and pricing guidance across products in partnership with operations team and partners
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Advertising (Preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years experience Sales/media planning, digital agency, online advertising, or sales operations
  • 2-4 years experience Advertising tech exposure, e.g. Google Ad Manager, MediaMath, Salesforce, SharePoint and Excel

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strategic Minded/Problem Solving: Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plan to drive project forward
  • Communication Skills: Must be an effective written and verbal communicator to work cross functionally with internal and external teams
  • Flexible & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Detail Oriented "Do-er": Pays attention to small things and can be counted on to deliver
  • Industry Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of the advertising industry, specifically the digital and programmatic space including digital media metrics and campaign KPIs

Washington Pay Range : $72,300.00 - $97,800.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
