Our site located in Knoxville, TN is searching for a Team Lead. This individual will be a vital member of the 20 person team and would have a hand in managing all aspects of the day to day operations
Team Lead Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Site Manager to supervise the staff at the site including safety, maintenance and operations employees
- Assists in coordinating the Safety/ISO Program
- Assists with purchasing, maintenance administration, financial forecasting and other administrative tasks
- Ensures site compliance to Company maintenance and safety programs
- Must be willing to work day and night shift
- On-call is required
Team Lead Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ prior supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operations including loaders and excavators helpful.
- Experience administering a formal safety and maintenance program preferred
- Prior experience working with a maintenance department is desirable
- Must be computer literate and familiar with the Microsoft Office package including Excel spreadsheets.
