Overview As a results-driven Store Manager, you will oversee the success of your store and team by setting the bar high for performance and customer service.
You will provide ongoing coaching and training to your team to reach Company objectives, increase revenue, and further develop their skills while demonstrating your leadership.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee marketing efforts for your location, champion store security and loss prevention, help enforce adherence to quality standards, and review all transactions to create an environment that fosters growth and innovation.
Essential Responsibilities Coach, lead, and develop all store employees to obtain new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
Lead the charge and set the example for all store employees to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue.
Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations. Audit loan / pawn agreements and transactions to ensure staff accordance with procedures and practices.
Participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed by the corporate office or District Manager. Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention of store by verifying and documenting cash overages / shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
Conduct proper opening and closing procedures. Examine, evaluate, and process loan / pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.
Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees. Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs.
Monitor and maintain store appearance and address basic facilities needs, including scheduling maintenance services. Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers and Team Members at all levels. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including some weekend hours, is required for this position.
A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 45-hours per week*. *Store hours, schedules, and / or the minimum number of hours required for this position may be subject to change by brand entity and at the sole discretion of the Company.

Our Compensation The pay range for this position is $16 to $27 per hour or $16 to $30 per hour in California. Exact compensation may vary based on education, skill, and experience.
The compensation range listed represents only the base pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of the Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands Total Compensation package.
