On behalf of our client, RSMC is recruiting for an immediate need for Billing and Insurance Specialist in Kansas City, KS
Key Details:
- Locations: State Avenue, Kansas City, KS
- Compensation: $20-$25/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively work on aging claims, including researching and appealing outstanding claims as needed.
- Assist Billing Management with various tasks to ensure efficient collections and production boosting.
- Accurately verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
- Patient Accounts: Manage and resolve account balances, send statements, and address patient inquiries regarding billing.
- Check-in and check-out patients, contributing to a smooth patient flow.
- Scheduling and Phone Support: Aid in scheduling patients and answering phone calls to boost production and maintain excellent patient service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dental claims processing and insurance verification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of dental billing and front office operations.
- Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
