Toft Dairy is hiring a Digitial Marketing Manager. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities:
Work with management to translate Toft Dairy strategic vision into winning outcomes through website content creation, design and development.
Work in conjunction with Toft Dairy social media manager and management to promote our brand strategy and Toft Dairy company initiatives.
Blend web marketing and social media marketing strategies to ensure vibrant, consistent messages across all platforms.
Lead the maintenance and enhancement of the Toft Dairy website to deliver a high-quality and engaging user experience.
Utilize web analytics and other tools to effectively position the Toft Dairy website and social media platforms to deliver content that support company marketing objectives.
Consult with the various Toft Dairy colleagues and departments and IT to assess processes and recommend improvements to meet company goals.
Execute daily web and social media content, design and brand messaging.
Research products, technical upgrades and enhancements for integration into the website and social media platforms.
Perform other functions as assigned to support day to day operations.
Skills and Abilities:
Four-year college degree from accredited college.
3-5 years experience in online Marketing/Communications or Web Content Management.
Strong writing, editing, graphic design and communication skills; able to communicate complex topics clearly and creatively from a variety of sources.
Additional skills and experience in photography and videography welcomed, creative spirit desired
Experience with the Adobe Suite of programs and examples of content created.
Ability to interact effectively with leadership and multiple departments to develop business plans and present recommendations effectively.
Ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple assignments to timely completion.
Oversee the development and designs of product packaging artwork to ensure consistency across all product lines.
