Job Description
We are looking for an ex MC operator who is, or is looking to, move into an office based Transport Scheduler role. Join our Resources and Industrial business in Condamine, be based locally or mobilise yourself to site for this 15 on, 13 off roster, with accommodation and vehicle provided for the duration. This role is responsible for ensuring the product is despatched in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will coordinate a fleet of 4 and their drivers and will liaise regularly with the customer and other internal stakeholders throughout the business.

As the Scheduler, you will:
- Plan and coordinate with drivers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved whilst maintaining cost and time efficiency.
- Ensure drivers are compliant with basic fatigue management and meet Toll Rules and Regulations.
- Address scheduling issues with urgency and escalate where required.
- Actively participate in Toolbox meetings and promote and safety-focused work culture.
- Regularly liaise with the customer and other Toll staff in relation to equipment, enquiries, and planning assets.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be a Multi Combination Operator.
- Industry safety induction and/or oil and gas industry exp. preferred but not essential.
- Able to use the Microsoft Office suite and liaise effectively verbally and on email.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations whilst maintaining a cool, calm and collected persona.
- Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to circumstances.
- High energy and be able to think on your feet and manage multiple priorities.
