Job Description:
In this role you will be held responsible for the performance marketing & digital initiatives and directly report to owner and Sales/Marketing Manager. Your Leadership role includes creativity within website redesign, Direct Mail Design and its continual improvement; building and tracking marketing campaigns through marketing automation; Budgets and Co-op, cross functional work with the sales department and product development to continually promote new products, opportunities and markets; analysis and interpretation of metrics; etc.
In order to succeed within this role, you will need to have great attention to detail, be able to hold yourself accountable to specific deadlines, be able to navigate the company’s communication path in order to push initiatives through the finish line, and have a customer first mindset.
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with other company members inclusive of the sales department, accounting department, 3rd party companies, and company owners to develop marketing strategies and initiatives to improve performance.
- Utilization report tools like Google Analytics report on marketing performance, digital website performance, and look for areas of UX/UI improvements opportunities.
- Set tractable goals for all performance/digital initiatives and grade them overtime using current software/reporting available. (IE: Total Leads, qualified leads, converted leads, and return on investment).
- Generate new ideas and create new assets marketing/website collateral (IE: photos, videos, gifs, etc..)
- Project manage all initiatives and insure all parties involved within scope and on track for the target completion date.
- Seek Internet based ad and listing opportunities offering our product catalog to target markets
- Utilization of SEO techniques, social media, blogs,Marketplace advertising and Google AdWord PPC
- Develop creative content using wordpress, photography, & videography
- Work with outside direct vendors to create leads, and creative marketing while working within co-op advertising and budgets
Requirements
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or four years related experience and/or training
- Computer skills to include operations for both design (MAC), and admin (PC)
- Has a working knowledge of WordPress, and some photo/video editing software
- Basic Knowledge or experience in digital advertising and marketing or web analytics required (including internships and self-started projects)
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and solve problems
- Experience in content marketing, PPC, and SEO is required, e-commerce familiarity a plus
- Expert internet user and proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate trends and data into solutions and actions
- Willing to learn and lead the marketing team to master new markets, strategies, concepts, with digital tactics and tools along with a strong understanding of marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to communicate with other company members and management on a daily basis.
- Must be detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
