Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Assists with special projects as needed from inception to close
  • Creates special project timelines and deliverables
  • Work to ensure appropriate internal staff is involved in escalated service and delivery issues
  • Prioritize projects and ensure consistency and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences to our customers
  • Assists with module delivery for projects in conjunction with the Project Scheduler
  • Create/update work orders
  • Create standard operating process documentation
  • Assist customers at annual McLeod Software User’s Conference.
  • Continue improvement of technical knowledge and ability
  • Assures all items in internal management system are up to date
  • Monitors client issues to make sure they are being addressed
  • Record time expenditures accurately for billing to the customer
  • Keep abreast of new product development at McLeod and trends in the trucking industry. 

 

Competencies:

  • A working knowledge of McLeod software and/or the industry we serve
  • Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications are strongly preferred.
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel, preferred experience in pivot tables
  • Experience in data mining and analysis
  • Ability to multi-task and proven time management skills
  • Organizational prioritization skills
  • Well versed in inner department communication

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret trade publications, technical documentation, reports, and other documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, peers, or members of the business community. Ability to write communications and documentations grammatically correct for routine business correspondence.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions with abstract and concrete variables.

 

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing and Spreadsheet software
