What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at TOMA CPA PC?

Receptionist duties may include working on special projects managing the front office. Accounting tasks, such as preparing checks, creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing and submitting tax forms, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records are also completed.

Responsibilities

  • provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • perform data entry and scan documents
  • manage calendar for Managing Director
  • assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
  • answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • maintain office supplies for department

Qualification:

· High School Diploma
· 2 years of hands on administrative support experience
· proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
· knowledge of operating standard office equipment
· excellent communication skills – written and verbal
· ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
· good research skills and attention to detail

· ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Placentia, CA 92870: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
