We are constantly on a mission to add smart, innovative and fun-loving team members, and are looking for a Temporary HR Coordinator to come join our New York based headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining HRIS data/records for new and existing employees including entering new hires & terminations, transferring & updating information, generating reports on an as needed basis.
- Lead management of other HR Operational systems (Pingboard, Insperity, Envoy, Kisi, DocuSign, JIRA), including troubleshooting, and completing frequent audits to ensure information accuracy & integrity.
- Payroll and benefits administration in partnership with PEO provider (Insperity)
- Leaves Management -- Support leave management via Insperity as well as employees with regard to leave of absence questions.
- Partner with Recruitment to manage new hire process from offer letter to orientation -- connect with managers to ensure onboarding plan is set
- Assist Talent Acquisition efforts including screenings, interviews, offers, etc
- Offboarding - completion of exit interviews and all other administrative tasks
- Manage People Team Communications (Newsletter, email updates, slack updates, etc)
- Preparing and tracking HR Metric information to present on a quarterly basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2 years of HR related experience
- Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace & Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc).
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with all levels of employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to be on-site in our HQ Office in Lower Manhattan 3 days per week
