What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Tommy's Express Car Wash?
What will you be doing?
- Process Guest orders at the Point of Sale
- Clean, organize and help with minor maintenance repairs for the car wash
- Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships
- Clean and maintain the car wash, vacuum area, and grounds
Tommy’s Express jobs are broken down into Flight Deck Controller (cashier), Wash Technician (in bay maintenance) and Vacuum Concierge (manages the vacuum area). You will learn and work all these positions but there is opportunity for you to specialize in one of these areas. It is encouraged that you find what your best at and enjoy the most!
