What you’ll do:
- Conduct efficient scheduling for drug and alcohol testing
- Map our routing for our testing services team that maximize efficiency
- Communicate by phone and email with clients assisting them with scheduling their drug test needs
- Maximize testing in specific areas of the state of Missouri
- Be a critical thinker and problem solve unexpected changes in clients scheduling needs
- Have a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and fellow employees
- Provide client feedback and growth opportunities to your manager
- Create raving fans through customer service
- Other reasonably related duties as assigned
