We are looking for an exceptional design leader to raise the bar on our design efforts and support our outstanding design team. The Director of Design’s mission is to help Tomo create a digital mortgage experience for its customers that is easy, fast, and empowering. The Director of Design accomplishes this mission by leading a team of designers in collaboration with partners in product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations. This team strives to understand our customer’s needs, envision an experience that meets those needs, and work to deliver that experience incrementally, so that our offering gets better every day.
