About the role
Tomorrow Health is looking for a Market Growth Lead to manage our go to market strategy and direct engagement with referring providers and DME suppliers in new markets. We are seeking a Market Growth Lead that is adept at driving inside sales teams to meet their goals, uses data to drive initiatives forward, and has the communications skills, energy, and drive to foster and maintain enterprise partner relationships on behalf of Tomorrow Health. You will spend most of your time managing the Market Growth team, building relationships with external partners (referring providers, DME suppliers) to onboard them to the Tomorrow Health platform, and owning issue escalation and resolution for enterprise accounts. This role requires expertise in sales leadership, enterprise account management, and healthcare (or the ability to quickly get up to speed).
About the team
Tomorrow Health is growing its impact through additional partnerships! Tomorrow Health’s Market Growth team is responsible for implementing our technology enabled marketplace for home care goods and services to support new payor partnerships. The market growth team partners with referring providers and DME suppliers to ensure all stakeholders are onboarded into our network efficiently, while developing the internal tooling and infrastructure to effectively scale each partnership. The Market Growth team partners closely across our product, engineering, and account management teams to drive outcomes for our partners and their patients.
This role reports to the Director, BD.
Outcomes:
- Set and maintain growth targets and go-to-market strategy for the Market Growth Team. Accountable for achieving overall growth targets, implementing sales processes and best practices.
- Evaluate the resourcing needs across the Market Growth verticals and prepare to grow the team as needed.
- Advocate for and manage the performance of the Market Growth team members; develop and grow leaders and establish a high-performance culture.
- Drive user adoption through empowering the Market Growth team with data driven insights and educational resources. Achieve 100% of contractual go-to-market order volume objectives based on management of referring provider and DME supplier pipelines.
- Ensure sound and accurate internal and external reporting on referring provider and DME suppliers adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Business Operations and Marketing teams to iterate on onboarding strategies and market positioning.
- Own enterprise healthcare partner relationships (RPs and DME suppliers) and serve as the primary point of contact for Tomorrow Health. Drive 100% order adoption, successful ongoing support based on NPS and case volume.
- Facilitate Tomorrow Health trainings for accounts you are covering, manage follow-ups, track user adoption rates, and visit their offices to deliver materials (where relevant)
- Own weekly/monthly meetings with providers to collect feedback, provide updates, and resolve day-to-day issues
- Partner with the RP, DME, Data, Product and Ops teams to identify areas for improvement and communicate back to other internal teams, helping refine Tomorrow Health's service offering
Competencies:
- You have demonstrated experience managing healthcare client relationships; you're energized by interfacing with customers and partners virtually and in-person, where permitted
- You have demonstrated experience in a sales leadership role, and have used date and team management to meet ambitious targets
- You are an excellent communicator with comfort and competency speaking with people all day
- You're excited about working at an early stage company
- You’re able to work with a wide range of stakeholders and manage challenging external discussions; You have tactful problem resolution skills and the ability to analyze cause / effect
- You have a strong handle of CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot), and can use them to prioritize for your team, track progress, and identify opportunities
- You have a strong handle of Google Suite, with particular comfort navigating Google sheets; You quickly learn new systems and feel comfortable interpreting data independently
- You're highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and accounts at once, while maintaining attention to detail
- You're ready to get your hands dirty, recognizing that no task is too small in the effort to build a large and scalable organization
