Were looking to add a Marketing Data Analyst to a growing in-house creative team for a Fortune 500 global brand. The team is continually growing and expanding its scope of work as a result of its digital, business, and channel expertise in support of key execution priorities. Primary Responsibilities:
- Routing, processing, and understanding all aspects of the in-house projects.
- Research industry trends to support campaign planning and implementation.
- Implement and optimize campaigns to align with planning and improve performance.
- Analyze data across campaigns to provide actionable insights and next steps.
- Create reports that are client-facing and visually communicate performance.
- Provide recommendations aimed to improve campaign performance based on research, data, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and track campaign performance and health.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication/Advertising, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on impactful results, proactive problem-solving, and the identification of opportunities for tangible improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Must have knowledge of digital advertising platforms / analyzing and reporting on digital media channels and performance (i.e. paid search, paid social, programmatic display).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- An in-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices is preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM programs (i.e. Hubspot) is preferred.
- Experience with Management of Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a must.
- Knowledge of and experience with Social Listening tools is a must.
- Experience with Social Media metrics and KPIs is a must.
- Experience with Google Data Studio is a must.
- Agency experience is required.
