Job summary
Responsible for serving, displaying, pricing, bakery items & outstanding customer service.
Summary of essential job functions
- Immediately greets all customers and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers.
- Scrub and polish counters, and other bakery equipment.
- Fill, clean and replenish cases throughout the day.
- Work with managers and cake decorators to fulfill orders and fill cases.
- Prepackage bakery items for to go cases.
- Take special orders for bakery items.
- Prepare and serve drink orders.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
