Job Description
Assessing, repairing, and replacing damaged or worn-out body parts, such as panels, fenders, doors, and bumpers, to restore the vehicle's appearance and structural integrity.
- Perform Work as outlined on the estimate with efficiency and accuracy.
- Verify and gather Parts, Supplies, Equipment, and Tools
- Examine vehicle for Supplemental Damage
- Perform body repairs.
- Perform Steel and Aluminum Welding
- Body and Frame Alignment
- Operate all equipment in the Collision Center in a safe manner.
- Keep workstation neat and clean.
- Maintain quality service by following repair standards, conducting tests drives, perform a final inspection, and fix deficiencies.
- Reviewing damage reports and inspecting vehicles to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Repairing structural damage by realigning chassis and car frames.
- Finding the correct replacement parts based on the damage and customer’s budget.
- Patching or hammering out dents depending on the severity of the damage.
- Performing diagnostic tests to ensure that all issues have been detected and resolved before returning the car to the customer.
- Performing cost estimations before beginning jobs.
- Following all workplace safety requirements.
Qualifications
- 3 Years of Body and Frame Experience
- Must have own tools.
- Must be able to lift 40-60lbs.
- Valid Driver's License
- Flexible and focused on providing high quality repairs.
- Be willing to work in a Team Environment

Salary : $53,700 - $68,000
