What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Staff position at Top Flight Gymnastics?
This office staff position will be working a combination of hours Monday - Saturday from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm and/or Saturday morning from 8:45 am - 2:00 pm.
Purpose : Serve the client by having and maintaining a full and complete working knowledge of Top Flight information, systems and procedures.
Serve Top Flight by assisting in the practice of collecting and assuring that all tuitions and payments are received for services rendered.
General
Duties : Customer service that promotes TFG’s philosophy and mission in harmony and cooperation with instructional departments.
Assist and aid in the design, monitoring and updating of office systems while being proficient in working knowledge and implementation of such.
Specific
Responsibilities :
- Assure that TFG student accounts are maintained
- Answer incoming calls
- Help insure any print materials, systems and procedures specific to customer service are up to date
- Help maintain and utilize marketing database
- Help maintain office equipment and supplies
- Assist with merchandising with regards to the pro shop
- Help process all returned checks and past dues
- Data entry (input/ update families in system) and payment processing
- Anything else deemed necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
