Human Resources Generalist
Top Gun Staffing is now hiring for an experienced Human Resource Generalist! We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Human Resources Administrator to oversee the administration of human resources policies, programs, and practices within the organization. The ideal candidate will have union and manufacturing experience. We are looking for strong leadership skills.
Shift: Nights 4pm- 1am
Pay: 70K-80K DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Process payroll using ADP, Dayforce, Paychex or similar software
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related fieldStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of payroll processing using ADP, Dayforce, Paychex or similar software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
