Location: Charleston, WV
Top Notch Service Group, Inc. is searching for a motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter/HR Assistant at our Charleston, WV office.
This individual will support the Operations and Human Resources Managers by helping to recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, and matching applicants with rewarding work.
Overview:
Top Notch Service Group is a large, family owned building service contractor that began operations in 1986. We have offices in Beckley and Charleston, WV and serve clients in WV, KY, & OH!
Responsibilities:
· Partner with HR Manager and Operations Managers to determine staffing needs
· Proactively recruit new applicants by developing creative recruitment tactics
· Create job postings and track success of each posting
· Source candidates through databases and social media
· Screen resumes to determine candidates that meet minimum requirements
· Conduct phone interviews to determine fit within our organization
· Schedule in person interviews
· Complete onboarding for new hires
· Navigate multiple operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), our CleanCheck Safety Training System, text alerts and more.

Requirements:
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population
· Positive attitude
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
