Job Title: Dispensary Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispensary Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cannabis dispensary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry, a strong knowledge of cannabis products, and experience managing a retail team. As the Dispensary Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and that the dispensary is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of daily dispensary operations, including customer service, inventory management, and compliance with state and local laws and regulations

- Hire, train, and manage a team of budtenders and other dispensary staff

- Ensure that the dispensary is fully stocked with a wide variety of high-quality cannabis products

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, inventory, and customer interactions

- Ensure that the dispensary is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cannabis industry and make recommendations to improve the dispensary's product offerings and customer experience

- Work with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the dispensary operates efficiently and safely

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience managing a retail team, preferably in the cannabis industry

- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products and strains, as well as the ability to effectively communicate that knowledge to customers and staff

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and vendors

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Missoula, MT 59801: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
