Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for the timely and accurate data entry of employee personal and job information. Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures as they relate to employee data management.
Provide application customer support to Manager Self-Service users.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform data entry of employee personal and job information.
Audit transactions, error reports, and ensure compliance with employee data maintenance policies and procedures.
Advise managers on appropriate use of Manager Self-Service forms and processes.
Research and resolve employee data discrepancies in a timely manner.
Escalate unresolved issues to HR Administrative Supervisor, or Director of Human Resources, as appropriate.
Maintain strict adherence with confidentiality requirements.
Identify processing issues / system issues for Manager Self Service applications and escalate to Director of Human Resources.
Work on special reports and projects as assigned.
Supervisory or Management Responsibility Not responsible for supervising others (hiring, firing, performance reviews or corrective action).
Budget Responsibility Has no budget responsibility.
Decision-Making Level and Scope Decisions generally affect own job or specific functional area.
Independence of Action Work progress is monitored by supervisor / manager. Follows precedents and procedures. May set priorities and organize work within general guidelines established by supervisor / manager who is available to resolve problems.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Minimum Degree : High School Diploma (minimum); Associate’s Degree (preferred).
