Digital Marketing Manager

The Role:

We're searching for a seasoned Digital Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Craft data-driven digital strategies aligned with client objectives and consumer insights.
• Oversee the implementation of these strategies across various platforms (search, social, display, email, etc.) for our clients.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results for our clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and explore emerging platforms to enhance our clients' offerings.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure seamless integration of digital strategies within broader marketing initiatives for our clients.
• Manage client expectations, present recommendations, and oversee campaign budgets.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
• Maintain a high level of organization and meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
• Proven expertise and certification on Google and Meta platforms (formerly Facebook) is a must.
• Experience with additional platforms like LinkedIn, HubSpot, WordPress, etc. is a plus.
• Prior account management experience is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

Logistics:

• Hybrid work schedule: Remote Mondays & Fridays; In-office Tuesdays-Thursdays (non-negotiable)
• Occasional travel may be required within the tri-state area or East Coast.
