What You’ll Do
The Lead Office Admin directly supports the Office Manager in general operations and can effectively communicate the needs of the venue and administrative team members. They understand the Office Manager role and will perform basic areas of responsibility as needed.
Key Responsibilities
How You’ll Do It
- Cheerfully answer our Guest’s phone calls and take messages
- Provide administrative support, filing documents, & maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Assist Office Manager in maintaining employment documentation (Corrective Actions, Personnel Action Forms, Doctor Notes, etc.) and records management (Active, Leave, Termination, reporting relationships, job title changes, pay rate changes, etc.) for data accuracy purposes.
- Assist Office Manager with hourly onboarding processes and pre-employment paperwork (entering Offer Details, sending On-Boarding tasks, I-9 verifications, tax withholdings, emergency contacts, direct deposit, etc.) to assist venue staffing and scheduling plans.
- Assist Office Manager with payroll processes (hours verification and resolution, tip reconciliation, etc.) to ensure hourly Associates are following accurate procedures and receiving accurate pay.
- Assist Office Manager in venue accounting (safe counts, reconciliation, etc.) and vendor management (invoice receipt/payment, etc.) processes are executed correctly to support accurate venue financials.
- Assist Office Manager with all aspects of office (office maintenance, mail, taking inventory of supplies and uniforms, etc.) to support differing venue business processes.
- Assist the management team in projects as directed
Key Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year Cash handling experience is preferred
- 1 year Clerical experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management and organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to work on a team
- A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary : $27,200 - $34,400
