Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Slicing, pricing, and packaging product
- Maintaining proper shelf/display conditions through cleaning, straightening, and rotating products
- Taking customer orders accurately for cakes or other specialty items as needed
- Ensuring proper handling and storing of product
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
- Possess basic computer skills
- Regular vision
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Direct subordinates in implementing plan of action and goal attainment
- Promote sales through courteous and friendly customer service
- Occasional amounts of walking, lifting, carrying loads up to 60 lb, stooping, crouching, crawling, and kneeling
- Frequent amounts of standing, sitting, pushing/pulling loads up to 65 lb, tasting, and smelling
- Constant amounts of handling, feeling, talking, and hearing
- Operation of the following- Mixer, Ovens, Fryer, Proofer, Pallet Jack, Pan Washer, Slicer, Baler/Compactor, Jelly Pump, Computerized Label Machine
