What You'll Do :
Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you help oversee the day to day operations of the department and supervise the department team to achieve sales, gross profit and shrink goals.
You'll help handle ordering, receiving, storage, and merchandising of product; ensuring proper shelf and sales floor conditions and stock levels;
and selection, training, development, and scheduling of grocery associates.
Job Requirements
Successful candidates must meet the following qualifications :
- Previous retail experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
