What You'll Do:
The Assistant Night Crew Manager is responsible for the overnight operation of the store, as well as supervising the night crew to achieve sales, gross profit and shrink goals. You'll handle the receiving, stocking, rotating, cutting, and marking of product; ensuring proper shelf conditions and shelf management as it applies to following suggested plan-o-gram layouts and new/discontinued products; ensuring the backroom is clean and organized; and selection, training, development, and scheduling of night crew associates.
Requirements:Successful Assistant Night Crew Manager candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous departmental related experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Night, weekend, and holiday availability
