Meat Manager
Tops Markets, LLC is a leading regional supermarket chain based in Williamsville, NY and operating over 170 stores throughout Upstate New York and the Hudson Valley, Northern Vermont, Northern Pennsylvania, and Central Massachusetts. We are seeking a motivated, customer service oriented self-starter to become a Meat Manager (certified cutter) in our Chestertown, NY location.
The Meat Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the meat department. Specific responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive and friendly customer service
- Receiving, processing, cutting, and trimming meat products
- Packaging, tying, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and labeling meat products
- Ensuring proper handling and storing of product
- Maintaining proper case conditions, including cleaning, stocking, straightening, and rotating product
- Ensuring proper operation of and temperatures in cooler, prep area, freezer, and cases
Salary : $24 - $25
