Who we’re looking for Someone who will:
Support building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including senior global government officials.
Lead creation of C-suite briefing materials e.g., briefing memos, presentations, talking points, speeches etc.
Conduct research to support policy and overall sustainability efforts.
Assist in coordination around major climate related events e.g., COP, Climate Week.
Support high level global government and private sector industry leader visits.
Lead administrative efforts for C-suite (Chief Sustainability & External Affairs Officer) and Head of Global Affairs, Americas. Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports.
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Perform other duties to support the public affairs and global sustainability functions as assigned.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience, graduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in public affairs. Experience with research and administrative support preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
