Torch.AI seeks a Receptionist with outstanding communication skills, impeccable customer service and strong time management and organizational prowess. Previous experience working in an office/front desk setting highly preferred. Candidates will have proven experience working with all levels within an organization, adaptable to change and quick to learn new software/processes. Exceptional people skills to provide first class service to our employees, executive management and our visitors. Candidates with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint is preferred.
This role is the first touch point for our visitors at our corporate headquarters and we want them to experience world class service!

Major Job Activities:
- Answer & route calls from corporate main line via Microsoft Teams
- Greeting & Checking in/out visitors
- Process and sort incoming and outgoing packages/deliveries
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain food/drink and office supplies for the office
- Ensuring common areas & conference rooms are kept clean and well-stocked
- Schedule weekly lunch ordering for the local office
- Create and update position SOP’s as needed
- Assist C-level executives with assistance/projects when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Education / Certifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required
Experience:
- Customer Service – 2 to 5 years required
- Office administration – 1 year (Preferred)
- Receptionist/Front Desk – 1 year (Preferred_
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Impeccable team player mentality and business ethics, ability to be proactive and provide the best customer service to our internal and external customers.
