Job Description

Torch Technologies is looking for a Logistics Analyst in support of TMDE Logistics/ help desk related logistics 

• Provide customer logistic and technical support for PD TMDE hardware/software
• Receive and track inquiries from customers until resolution
• Direct customers to the correct people to resolve these issues if it is beyond the capability of customer support personnel
• Assist Item Manager in identifying invalid requisitions  
• Assist sustainment staff with appropriate PD TMDE or field points of contact
• Assist Tech Loop with technical and or logistics inquiries
• Assist logistics staff with technical issues
• Manage CMTool user accounts  
• Inform engineering staff of any identified hardware issues and software staff of software issues that need correcting
• Query the customer base as necessary to collect information in support of TMDE tasks
• Experience as Army MOS 94H desired

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and 8 years' experience. Directly relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Schedule: (M-F; 8-5) The position requires the person to be in-the-office at least three (3) days a week

Work Location:  Customer Site. Huntsville, AL.

Travel: 0-10%
