About the Position:
We are currently in need of an experienced Service Manager to add to our exceptional service team who will generate a level of revenue set forth by the Branch Manager. The successful candidate will manage a service team in service and repair of construction and agricultural equipment and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, run diagnostics and work closely with our parts, service and sales team members to achieve our company goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in creation and maintenance of budget, and tracking revenue and expenses with Branch Manager and CFO.
- Maintain a profitable bottom line according to budget, ensuring the continued growth of the department and store with a total overall department revenue.
- Ability to maintain a clean and orderly shop consistent with a professional image
- Maintain and oversee proper care for shop tools, equipment and vehicles
- Contribute to safety culture in assisting to keep area, self and co-workers safe
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diesel Technology degree or equivalent Diesel Mechanic experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Good attitude and a positive contributor to our service team required
