What are the responsibilities and job description for the HQ Services Coordinator position at Torrid?

Provides clerical/facility support for HQ. Works with the HQ Services Supervisor and HQ Services Lead on other projects needed to provide service and support to the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Processed incoming parcel packages and incoming US mail daily.
- Keeps office machines and storage areas stocked with machine toner, paper, other supplies daily.
- Assists in the processing of all UPS and Fed Ex outgoing shipments.
- Assists in HQ maintenance duties as needed.
- Assists with HQ furniture moves as needed.
- Assists with moving and organizing samples, and sets up/takes down Sample Sale boxes.
- Responds to troubleshooting requests for various HQ and DSC office machines.
- Ensures the conference rooms and meeting spaces are clean and well maintained.
- Provides back up support to the reception team.
- Coordinates all office random acts of "fun" and is on the Fun Committee.
- Assists in producing Power Point and Excel spreadsheets.
- Collects data related to the AQMD carpool program and completed the annual survey.
- Performs various tasks and administrative duties for company projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend and lift/move up to 60 pounds.
- Regular travel is required to the local Fed Ex/USPS and other local errands as needed.
- Performs other duties as needed.
What You'll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in an office environment preferred
- Basic working knowledge of MS Work and Excel.
- Illustrates a dedication of meeting requirements of internal and external customers, responding to all customer requests promptly and thoroughly.
- Strong communication skills including ability to work in a team environment give honest, direct feedback and are a solid verbal and written communicator.
- Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure.
- Is accountable for results, approaches obstacles proactively and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues.
