Compensation Package
- Yearly Salary: $70,000 to $75,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision to a team of Support Managers.
- Assist with management of the IDD NOW and COMP waiver program.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and families.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of people with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field (Master’s preferred).
- At least one year’s experience working with people with intellectual developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for person-centered planning and empowerment.
