Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for prospecting, maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our comprehensive range of AV technology solutions. Your strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with your ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies, will be key to your success in this role. As an Account Manager, you will have the best of both worlds – working for a strong local company with a great reputation, selling products and solutions from world-class leaders in the AV technology industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Warm calling and reaching out to existing clients to maintain relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our products, services, and systems.
  • Collaborate with our team to propose customized solutions and ensure smooth implementation of products or services based on client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B business development/outside sales, preferably in AV, IT, or related technology industry.
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities and track progress.
  • Experience using Microsoft suite of programs including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
